computer crash

So, my computer did not actually crash today but it has some major issues,
and it can be as slow as a snail. It took 20 minutes just to open Excel this morning when I needed to get to work on some documents, and things were just taking their own sweet time to load today.

When stuff like this happens, it certainly gives me a chance to practice patience.
I admit that I did want to throw my computer out the window, but I was reminded of a favorite verse from Philippians 4:

"Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns."

So- whatever it is that you are dealing with today (when you want to throw something or perhaps someone out the window), turn that thought to God. Talk to him about your day- both the good and the bad parts.  Most of the time when I simply turn those things over to God, it's the first step to help me restart the day (or my computer!)...
