I read this passage this morning:
"Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you" (Psalm 55:22)
I looked it up in the Message because I love the language in that translation:
"Pile your troubles on God's shoulders-- he'll carry your load, he'll help you out."
May you pile those troubles that bubble up in your mind today on God's shoulders
and give them to God to take care of.
